Warranty

SYNARA 01 is currently in development and is not yet available for purchase through this website. This page will be reviewed and updated before online sales begin.
Our commitment
SYNARA products are designed, assembled and finished with care. We aim to use high-quality materials and components and to create products that customers can enjoy for many years.
Statutory consumer rights
When SYNARA begins accepting orders, all products sold to consumers will be covered by the statutory consumer rights applicable to the purchase.
Under Dutch consumer law, a product must meet the qualities and performance that a consumer may reasonably expect, taking into account factors such as:
- the nature and intended use of the product;
the product description and specifications; - the purchase price;
- statements made about the product; and
- its expected lifespan under normal use.
There is no fixed statutory guarantee period in the Netherlands. Statutory rights may therefore apply for longer than two years, depending on the product and the circumstances.
These statutory rights cannot be limited or replaced by this policy.
Defects and available solutions
If a product does not meet the standards a consumer may reasonably expect, SYNARA will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- repair;
- replacement;
- a proportionate price reduction; or
- termination of the purchase agreement and a refund.
Where the customer is legally entitled to repair or replacement, this will be provided without additional cost.
Damage and normal characteristics
Statutory conformity rights generally do not apply to damage caused by circumstances such as:
- improper or unintended use;
- accidents or external damage;
- incorrect installation or maintenance;
- unauthorised modifications or repairs; or
- normal wear consistent with the product’s age and use.
Natural materials such as solid walnut may vary in grain, colour and texture. These variations are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.
Natural materials may also change subtly over time due to factors such as light exposure, temperature and normal ageing.
Commercial warranty
SYNARA does not currently offer a separate commercial or manufacturer’s warranty in addition to statutory consumer rights.
If SYNARA introduces an additional commercial warranty before launch, its duration, coverage and conditions will be communicated clearly before purchase.
Any commercial warranty would apply in addition to, and would not limit, statutory consumer rights.
Reporting an issue
Once online sales begin, customers experiencing an issue with a SYNARA product can contact us at:
Please include the order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs or video showing the problem.
